# Support

If you need assistance or have questions about the InGrow platform, there are several support channels available.

## Email Support

Email support is available to all users, regardless of their subscription plan.

* **Response Time:** You can typically expect a response within 24-48 hours.

## Live Chat Support

Live chat support is available for users on the **Pro** and **Business** plans. This provides a more immediate way to get help from our support team.

* **Availability:** Available in-app during business hours.
* **Response Time:** Typically 1-4 hours.

## Dedicated Support

Users on the **Business** plan receive dedicated support, which includes priority email and chat, as well as a dedicated account manager.

* **Response Time:** Less than 1 hour during business hours.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions for new features. If you have an idea for how we can improve InGrow, please send it to:
