Skip to main contentTo help you prioritize and focus on the most valuable interactions, InGrow assigns a score to each signal. This scoring system quantifies the level of engagement from a particular user.
How Signals are Scored
The signal score is calculated based on several factors:
- Interaction Type: Different types of interactions have different weights. For example, a comment is generally scored higher than a reaction as it represents a higher level of engagement.
- Frequency of Interaction: Users who interact with a profile’s content frequently will have a higher signal score.
- Recency of Engagement: More recent interactions are given a higher weight to emphasize current interest.
Signal Intensity Levels
Based on the calculated score, signals are categorized into three intensity levels:
- Low (Score < 10): Represents single or infrequent interactions.
- High (Score 10-29): Indicates multiple interactions from a user.
- Very High (Score ≥ 30): Signifies consistent and high-value engagement from a user, marking them as a high-intent prospect.
