Email support is available to all users, regardless of their subscription plan.

Live Chat Support

Live chat support is available for users on the Pro and Business plans. This provides a more immediate way to get help from our support team.
  • Availability: Available in-app during business hours.
  • Response Time: Typically 1-4 hours.

Dedicated Support

Users on the Business plan receive dedicated support, which includes priority email and chat, as well as a dedicated account manager.
  • Response Time: Less than 1 hour during business hours.
