This glossary provides definitions for key terms used throughout the InGrow platform and documentation. Signal Any LinkedIn interaction that indicates prospect interest, such as a reaction, comment, connection, or profile view. Signal Score A numerical representation of the intensity of a user’s engagement, calculated based on the type, frequency, and recency of their interactions. Connected Profile A LinkedIn account that is being actively tracked by InGrow. Sync Window The specific time frame (2:00 AM - 5:00 AM IST) during which InGrow performs automated data updates. Boolean Search An advanced filtering method that uses operators such as AND, OR, and NOT to create precise keyword queries. Webhook An HTTP callback that allows for real-time notifications of new signals to be sent to a specified endpoint. List A custom collection of signals created for organizational purposes, such as grouping high-priority leads or tracking prospects for a specific campaign. Profile Metrics Aggregated statistics about a LinkedIn profile’s posting activity, including total posts, average reactions, and posting frequency. Reprocessing The process of re-syncing posts at specific intervals (Day 1, 3, and 7) to ensure that all engagement is captured.
